Elias P. Draper, born in Delaware,1828, died 1909. He lived in Unionville, PA before moving to Oxford, PA to marry Hannah E. Walls in the 1800s. He is buried in Hosanna UMP cemetary next to Lincoln University, PA.Together, Elias P.and Hannah had ten children. His father's name is William H. Draper from Delaware also.
