New information provided by Sharon Wilkes indicates that, as we had suspected, Jacob is the son of Enos 5, who is son of Jacob 4, son of Daniel 3, John2, John1. He has many living descendants in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area.

1. JACOB 6 BROOMALL (ENOS 5, JACOB 4, DANIEL 3, JOHN 2, JOHN 1) was born about 1824, and died June 14, 1890 in Glen Mills Pa. He was married to LAURENA (LORENA) HANCE, daughter of THOMAS and MARY ANN HANCE, on March 27, 1851, by Rev. James Dale at Crookton Manse in Nether Providence Twp. (Leiper Presbyterian Church.) She was born About 1831, and died August 30, 1892 in Gradyville, Pa. Jacob's family is from the 1880 Census.

i. CHARLOTTE (LOTTIE) BROOMALL, b. Abt. 1852. In census of 1880 Thornbury working as a domestic for family of Joseph Bunting.

iv. SALLY BROOMALL, b. Abt. 1860; m. ALPHONSO MORRIS. She probably lived in Gradyville, at time of Mother's death.

i. EDYTHE BROOMALL, born Pa. April 22, 1886; died Los Angeles CA February 7, 1958 . Married DONALD CATHGART, born PA May 27, 1889; died September 3, 1973 Los Angeles, CA.

3. WILLIAM LEWIS 7 BROOMALL (JACOB 6, ENOS 5, JACOB 4, DANIEL 3, JOHN 2, JOHN 1) was born about 1868, and died December 07, 1942 in Norristown, Pa.. He married MARY FRANCES WILLIAMS about 1851. She died August 20, 1983. They lived in Chelsea, Pa. MARY is buried in Mt Hope Cemetery, Aston- Age at death 97.

3. WILLIAM LESLIE 8 BROOMALL (WILLIAM LEWIS 7, JACOB 6, ENOS 5, JACOB 4, DANIEL 3, JOHN 2, JOHN 1) was born February 11, 1907, and died August 15, 1978 in Ephrata, Pa.. He married CATHARINE MARGUERITE COE August 31, 1927 in Mt. Hope Church, Aston, Pa. She was daughter of FREDERICK COE and EMILY LINTON. Issue.

4. CHARLES .3 BROOMALL, SR (WILLIAM LEWIS 7, JACOB 6, ENOS 5, JACOB 4, DANIEL 3, JOHN 2, JOHN 1) was born about 1909, and died 1999. He married ADA COE, daughter of FREDERICK COE and EMILY LINTON. She was born about 1912, and died April 29, 1999 in Glen Mills, Pa..ADA was survived by 3 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was Organist for Stoney Bank Community Church , Glen Mills, Pa., for many years.
