1. Martha Talbot, born 1735; died May 03, 1812 in Middletown
Chester (now Del) Co. PA. She was the daughter of 2. Joseph Talbot
and 3. Hannah Baker. She married (1) Daniel Broomall May 03,
1754. He was the son of John Broomall and Anne Lewis. They had 13 children,
of which 11 had issue.
2. Joseph Talbot, born 1711 in Middletown Twp; died 1783
in Middletown Twp., Chester (now Del) Co. PA. He was the son of 4. John
Talbot and 5. Elizabeth Turner. He married 3. Hannah Baker
1732. Joseph was an Ensign in Capt. John Mather's Company in one of the
associated regiments of Chester Co 1747-8 raised for armies in French &
Indian War. On February 23, 1761 Joseph joined Middletown Friends Meeting,
requesting membership for himself and children: Joseph, John, Jacob, Elizabeth,
Hannah & Susannah, the other children having married.
3. Hannah Baker, born about 1715 in Thornbury PA; died before
1760. She was the daughter of 6. Joseph Baker, Jr. and 7. Mary
Worrilow.

x. Susannah Talbot, married Nathan Pennell March 1776.
4. John Talbot, died 1721. His will was proved July 22 1721. He
married 5. Elizabeth Turner.
John lived in Middletown Twp. Chester (now Del.) Co. 1718. His will mentions
listed children plus one unborn. Elizabeth was a Quaker who was in April
30, 1724, disowned by Friends for marriage by a priest

7. Mary Worrilow March 18, 1708/09. He settled in Thornbury Twp.
near the site of present Glen Mills Station.

in England. He settled in Edgemont Township, Chester (now Del.) Co. to which
he probably gave the name and where he had large estates. Was in membership
of Society of Friends and frequently concerned in the business of their
meeting. Member of Pennsylvania Assembly 1700, 1708, 1710, 1711, 1713.

24. Robert Baker, born about. 1621 in Edgmond, Shropshire,
England died April 25, 1672 in Edgmond, Shropshire, England- interred Edgmond
Manor's burying ground. His parents are not known; although he is reputed
to be a descendant of Sir Richard Baker The Chronicler. He married 25.
Mary_____.. Five of Robert's Children- John, Joseph, Hannah, Sarah,
Mary, and a purported grandchild, Joseph, along with John's and Joseph's
families, emigrated to the New World in 1684. It is not know which brother
is the father of Joseph the Nephew.
