1. LYDIA 5 BROOMALL (JOSEPH 4, DANIEL 3, JOHN 2, JOHN 1) was born 1804, and died April 25, 1842 in New Garden, Columbiana Co. OH. She married AARON VOTAW May 26, 1831 in Columbiana Co OH. AARON was born 13 Mar 1809, Columbiana Co., OH and died 6 Oct 1885, Columbiana Co., OH. He was the son of MOSES and MARY (BROWN) VOTAW. MOSES, born 5 Jan 1776 Loudoun, Co., VA ; died 29 Mar 1848 Columbiana Co., OH) was the son of ISAAC and ANN (SMITH) VOTAW. MOSES was born in Loudoun Co. and about 1792, the family moved to Washington Co., PA; they were members of Westland MM. There on 4 Sep 1793, MOSES VOTAW married MARY BROWN (b 13 May 1776 Loudoun Co., VA d 6 Sep 1849, Columbiana Co., OH), the daughter of JOSEPH and ELIZABETH (QUNIBY) BROWN. The Votaws moved down to Harrison Co., VA (now Barbour Co., WV) and were members of Richland Meeting under Westland MM. In 1805, Moses and family transferred from Westland MM to Middleton MM, Columbiana Co., OH. Moses and Mary resided in Butler Twp and were buried in Woodsdale Cememtery, Columbiana Co., OH.

in Harvard IL. She married (1) BENJAMIN J. TOWNSEND
March 17, 1861 in Columbiana Co. OH, son of JACOB TOWNSEND and SARAH BROWNELL.
BENJAMIN was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Beloit WI
in the G.A.R. section. LYDIA married (2) CHARLES
URBAN about 1885.

WI. He married (1) MARY ROSAMUND
REYNOLDS September 15, 1900 in Ogle Co. IL, daughter
of THEODORE S. REYNOLDS and ELECTA C. RANSOM.. He married (2) MARY ANNE C. JOHNSON/
JENSEN 1918, daughter of HANS
and ANNA JENSEN. MARY
ANNE was born September 5, 1881 in Denmark, and died
May 16, 1965 in Beloit. She was buried with Simeon (Charles) Vivian in Calvery
Cemetery, Beloit WI. MARY ROSAMUND REYNOLDS was buried in Milton Lawns Cemetery, Janesville
WI.
